The GDPR admission workflow is being built. Before any regulated traffic is enabled, the intended review requires:

• Legal entity and authorized business representative; identity and business verification through an agreed secure process.
• Physical EU processing location, ownership or control of the serving capacity, and independently checked location evidence.
• An approved data-processing agreement, declared subprocessors, confidentiality and access controls, plus a security incident contact.
• Approved models and exact revisions, serving public-key binding, capacity measurements and ongoing health checks.
• Current signed admission records with expiry and rollback protection. A technical record does not replace contractual or operational checks.

No admission decision, compliance certification or customer traffic is available through this page. Final requirements and contractual terms will be confirmed before acceptance.

The intended permissionless path does not use GDPR admission to allocate regulated traffic. It is for non-sensitive work under future network participation rules. Testnet is still pending.
